All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
In the event of a faulty parcel, the customer must contact customer service: contact@hunayn.co within 7 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned with the original box, packing materials, and a copy of the shipping invoice. Please note that Hunayn is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Once the product has been received, a refund will be issued.
